In connection with Easter, the Tbilisi metro will operate until 04:00 on April 12, and travel will be free from 23:00 on April 11 until 04:00 on April 12. The information was released by Tbilisi City Hall.

In addition, by decision of the city hall, nine temporary bus routes have been introduced for April 12–13.

“Buses will transport passengers from 08:00 to 20:00 in the direction of the Mukhatgverdi, Vashlijvari, Kukia, New Kukia, Makhata, Saburtalo, Ghrmaghele, Veli, and Varketili cemeteries.

Buses will depart from the metro stations: Marjanishvili, Delisi, Sarajishvili, from the surrounding area of Varketili station, as well as from the upper exit of Didube station, from the Station square (opposite Tbilisi Central), from Besarion Chichinadze Street (opposite building No. 25), and from Varketili III district — at the intersection of Shuamta and Abashidze streets.

Citizens will be able to use these bus routes free of charge for two days,” the Tbilisi City Hall statement said.
