Nestled in the scenic village of Ruispiri, Kakheti, the "Villa Godoly" hotel complex is set to open its doors in early 2024. Co-founder Giorgi Kochladze announced that the complex, located on the edge of a forest at 800 meters above sea level, will comprise a 56-room hotel and 25 villas of different sizes.

The construction process has faced several challenges, including staff shortages, project agreement times, and the Covid-19 pandemic, which delayed the original opening date of 2022.

Despite the delays, the "Villa Godoly" team has remained committed to delivering a premium hotel experience. Before construction began, they conducted research in the Kakheti region to identify what was missing in the service areas and what kind of advantages vacationers choose. The result is a unique hotel complex that combines breathtaking views, entertainment, and leisure spaces, and a vineyard that is set to be planted on a 2-hectare plot in front of the hotel next week.

The hotel's villas, available in two, three, and four-bedroom sizes, have already started selling. Their owners will hand over their operation to the hotel's management after completion. According to Kochladze, the "Villa Godoly" complex will become one of the most expensive hotels in Kakheti, catering to high-end customers.

The investment required for the creation of the complex is substantial, with a total of 40 million GEL allocated for the project. However, Kochladze believes that the investment will pay off in the long run, as the hotel complex is expected to become a major attraction for luxury travelers. After the launch, the complex plans to employ 80 people.

Despite the challenges faced during the construction process, the "Villa Godoly" team remains confident that their premium hotel complex will redefine luxury in Kakheti. With stunning views, state-of-the-art facilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, "Villa Godoly" is poised to become one of the region's most sought-after destinations for discerning travelers.
