The project establishes a temporary rule for determining and paying the amount of fees related to the production, operation, safety, and activities defined by the rule. It defines the rights and responsibilities of persons involved in the process, including requirements for determining the suitability of the flight location, operator certification, pilot requirements, the suitability of the paraglider and its elements, and more.
The rule aims to regulate commercial, non-commercial, and training paragliding flights while exempting experimental and demonstration flights. However, certain requirements are defined for the performance of such flights.
